These Terms & Conditions outline the policies and expectations for guests of Casa Lago Retreats (“we,” “our,” “us”). By reserving your stay or participating in a retreat, you agree to the following terms.

Guests are expected to treat the property, staff, and fellow guests with respect and courtesy. Casa Lago Retreats reserves the right to remove any guest engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM on departure day.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to preserve the restorative nature of the retreat.
• Smoking: Casa Lago is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
• Alcohol: Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted during designated dinners and social events. Excessive use or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the retreat.
• Pets: Due to the nature of our programs, pets are not permitted on site.
• Visitors: Only registered guests may access the property unless otherwise approved by management.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or amenities caused during their stay. Replacement or repair costs will be charged to the guest’s account.

Casa Lago Retreats offers wellness programs, movement classes, and optional therapies. These are not medical treatments and should not replace professional medical advice or care.
Guests must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or dietary restrictions that may affect participation. Participation in physical activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

By attending Casa Lago Retreats, guests acknowledge and assume responsibility for any risks associated with travel, wellness activities, and participation in retreat programming. Casa Lago Retreats, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for injury, illness, theft, or personal loss that may occur during the retreat or related travel.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and delays.

From time to time, Casa Lago Retreats may photograph or film portions of the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant permission to use your likeness in marketing materials unless you opt out in writing before the retreat begins.

All payments are due in accordance with your booking confirmation. Cancellations and refunds follow our Reimbursement & Cancellation Policy.

Casa Lago Retreats is not responsible for cancellations or service interruptions due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, etc.). In such cases, guests will be offered a credit toward a future retreat.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
