Cancellations and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make our policies fair and flexible for all guests.

• Cancellations made 30 calendar days or more before the retreat start date are fully refundable, minus a 3% processing fee.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable, as accommodations, meals, and wellness services are reserved in advance.
• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your reservation to another guest at no additional cost by notifying us in writing at least 10 days before arrival.

• Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days of your cancellation confirmation.
• Refunds are returned to the original form of payment.
• In the rare event that Casa Lago Retreats must postpone or cancel a retreat (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns), guests will receive a full refund or the option to apply credit toward a future retreat within 12 months.

We recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, flight cancellations, illness, or other personal emergencies that may affect participation.
