Your retreat experience includes all on-site meals and beverages, activities, and workshops curated by our wellness team. Every dish is freshly prepared by our private chef using locally sourced ingredients.
Meals or experiences outside the property (such as dining in town or optional excursions) are not included but can be easily arranged by our concierge..

Yes. Casa Lago Retreats is located within one of Valle de Bravo’s most exclusive gated communities, offering 24/7 security, private access gates, and on-site guards.
The town itself is known for its welcoming community, nature tourism, and relaxed atmosphere. We work only with trusted transportation and tour partners to ensure your peace of mind.

Most guests fly into Mexico City International Airport (MEX). We provide private group transfers directly from the airport to Casa Lago (approximately a two-hour scenic drive).

Absolutely. Our on-site concierge is available daily to assist with anything you need — from travel coordination and spa appointments to local excursions and dining reservations in Valle de Bravo.

Yes. Cancellations made 30 calendar days or more before the retreat start date are fully refundable (minus a 3% processing fee). Within 30 days, cancellations are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another guest up to 10 days before arrival.
