At Casa Lago Retreats, we are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for all guests.

Our retreat home in Valle de Bravo is located on a gently sloped lakeside property within a private gated community. While we make every effort to accommodate guests with limited mobility, please note:

• Some areas include stairs, uneven outdoor surfaces, and natural terrain.
• Guest suites are located on multiple levels; accessibility may vary by room.
• Pool, garden, and lakeside areas are reachable by walking paths.

We’re happy to discuss individual accessibility needs prior to booking to ensure comfort and safety.

Our on-site team is available to assist with luggage, transfers, and adjustments to daily activities as needed.
